Free Shipping on All Continental USA. Transit time is based on shipping location and begins after processing. If you choose to get the product faster you can choose priority mail ($6 Flat rate) or Priority mail express ($21 Flat rate)

PO Box Addresses: Generally, orders shipping to PO Box addresses are not eligible for our expedited shipping method. Orders shipping to PO Boxes in AK, HI, PR, VI, and other non-contiguous U.S. territories can be expedited and are the one exception.

Weekend & Holiday Delivery: We are open on most holidays and will still process orders. However, if the shipping carrier is closed for a holiday, we will not be able to ship or receive orders on those days.

Delays Beyond Our Control: Delays in delivery due to "Acts of Nature" or mechanical issues will not be reimbursed.

Deliveries to Hotels: When requesting delivery to a hotel, if the front desk refuses the package for any reason you will be responsible for the original delivery charges as well as any charges required to reship the package.

Lost Packages: On rare occasions, due to no fault on our part, a package may be lost in transit by the postal carrier. In such an instance, we will reship your order after a reasonable time has elapsed but will require that you sign and return a letter confirming that your package indeed was never received. This is required so that we can be reimbursed by our insurance company. If we do not receive this signed form back from you, we reserve the right to charge you for the replacement shipment.

Worldwide  Priority Mail and First Class Mail Shipping Rates (except Canada)

We offer two flat rate shipping methods for international customers: USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class Mail. The shipping rate for Priority Mail International is $35 and shipping rate for First Class Mail is $14 (except Canada. Please look at Canada Shipping rate below).

Average delivery time for Priority Mail International is 10-12 days. Average delivery time for First Class is 12-to 20 days and it depends on the country.

Duties, taxes, brokerage, or other import fees assessed by customs are the responsibility of the recipient.
