  <li>Unless the return is due to our error, <strong>return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer</strong>.</li>

<h2>Defective or Incorrect Items</h2>

<h2>Return Instructions</h2>
<p>Once your RMA is approved, please follow these steps:</p>

  <li>Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.</li>

<h2>Inspection of Returned Items</h2>
